Definition

Diagnostikmethode zur Kontrolle/Monitoring der Therapie mit unfraktioniertem Heparin (UF) und niedermolekularem Heparin (LMW), insbesondere bei

  • schweren Leber- oder Nierenschädigungen
  • hohem Körpergewicht (> 150 kg)
  • niedrigem Körpeergewicht (< 40 kg)
  •  bei Schwangerschaft
  •  bei Kindern und Neugeborenen

Allgemeine Information

Probenmaterial: 1 ml Citrat-Plasma

Abnahmehinweise: Die Blutentnahme sollte 2 - 4 h nach letzter Gabe des Heparins erfolgen. Für längeren Transport Citrat-Blut nach der Abnahme zentrifugieren, das Plasma in ein separates Röhrchen (ohne Zusätze) abpipettieren und einfrieren (ca. - 20°C)

Probentransport Postversand möglich:  Probentransport gekühlt (+ 2°C - + 8°C) oder tiefgefroren (ca. - 20°C)

Hinweis(e)

Referenzwert: Für Erwachsene gilt orientierend: 0,4 - 1 IU/ml. Dieser Bereich entspricht dem therapeutischen Bereich, und ist individuell zu adaptieren. Der prophylaktische Bereich liegt orientierend bei 0,2 - 0,4 IU/ml und ist individuell zu adaptieren.
