Definition

Histologisches Reaktionsmuster, das sich als Zufallsbefund bei verschiedenen Erkrankungen darstellt, gekennzeichnet durch suprabasale Akantholyse, Dyskeratosen, Hyperkeratose mit fokaler meist schlotförmiger Parakeratose sowie (inkonstant) einem begleitenden lympho-histiozytären dermalen Infiltrat.
