CD121b (Cluster of Differentiation 121b), ist ein 60 kDa Zytokin-Rezeptor, auch bekannt als Interleukin-1 Rezeptor Typ 2 (IL-1R2), ein Ligand für Interleukin-1.
Das kodierende Gen ist auf dem Chromosom 2q12 lokalisiert. Das IL-1R2 Protein interagiert “nicht-produktiv” mit Interleukin-1 und spielt demnach eine Rolle als Suppressor der IL-1-Aktivität.
